Beer Bums Meeting – July 2015

Beach beers and suitably enough all canned beers.  Most were like refreshers which is what you need at the Beach although the Coconut Porter was very fitting.  The Karbach Staycation is growing on me.  A very well done sessionable beer.

Beer Bums Meeting – June 2015 – Sexy Beers

This was Chris’s Birthday Spectacular so he chose the fitting theme of “Sexy Beers” or beers with some sort of sexy themed label or the like.  Pin-up girls seemed a likely candidate for a beer label and those chosen prove that point.  Banana bread beer was a very surreal interpretation, but well done although pin up girls were on the carrier.  A few extras thrown in with a Curmudgeon to wash it all down.  Happy Birthday Chris!

Beer Bums Meeting - July 2011 - Canned Beer

The July meeting of the Bums, Canned Beer.  Oskar Blues was well represented along with the Fire Eagle IPA from the new Austin Beerworks.  There is definitely a good selection of craft beers in a can with the Old Chub being a favorite of this meeting.
